"Poor Customer Service"
In short, this company flagged my credit card for fraud and refused to fulfill my order until I submitted an ID to their fraud department. I refused because of identity theft issues in the past etc. The fraud department said send us a copy of a piece of junk mail and they’ll fulfill my order. I agreed, but soon after they sent an email saying they refunded my money. This was all over a relatively small order. They place company policy over customer service. What a waste of 2 weeks.
