"Took a while to hear back, but they helped"
Support took long to reply and I was kind of sitting there wondering if anyone was going to get back to me, but once they finally did they were actually helpful and got things sorted out.

"Good Shipping Overall, Just a Little Slower Than Expected"
My order arrived in good condition, and I could tell they packed everything with some care, which I appreciated. The tracking did update along the way, but it felt a bit slow, and the delivery took a little longer than I was hoping for. Not a big deal in the end, though — everything showed up fine, so I’d still say it was a decent experience overall.

"Well... I did have to use..."
Well... I did have to use the warranty once, and to be fair, support did get back to me. The only downside was that the return shipping and updates took longer than I expected. It all got sorted out in the end, but the process felt a bit slow and not very clear

"I bought a battery and inverter..."
I bought a battery and inverter setup from Signature Solar, and overall it seems like decent gear for the price. Most of it looked solid when it arrived, but one part had a small issue right out of the box, which was a little frustrating.

After some back and forth, everything is working now, but I’m still not totally confident in the reliability. Not sure how to explain it, but it just doesn’t feel as worry-free as I was hoping. It’s not bad, just not quite as smooth of an experience as I expected

"Tech support really seemed to know what they were doing"
From what I remember, the whole support call was way easier than I expected. I had an issue with my inverter, and they figured it out quickly without bouncing me around or wasting time. Definitely felt like they actually knew their stuff.

"Pretty solid for the price"
The prices were better than a lot of other spots I looked at, and the gear seems decent for what you pay. Nothing fancy to explain really, it just feels like you’re getting your money’s worth. Shipping went fine too, so yeah, no real complaints from me.

"I ordered from Signature Solar because..."
I ordered from Signature Solar because the prices were good, but the delivery was actually kind of disappointing. One corner showed up smashed and one of the boxes was ripped open. The freight driver did note it, which was helpful, but it was still frustrating to have to deal with right away. For something this heavy, I expected the packaging to be a lot sturdier. The product mostly works, but i was expecting better handling and packing. Not the best first experience.

I have purchased 5 EG4 12000XP inverters, 2 mini splits, and 2 palets of solar panels.  I have been pretty happy with the service and quality of the products.
